VeladaPlex represented Spanish creator YoSoyPlex. Plex was already a returning winner: at La Velada IV in 2024 he beat ElMariana after the fight required an extra round. He later said he had come down from that bout thinking he would never touch boxing gloves again, only to accept another La Velada challenge two years later.

The new opponent was Fernanfloo, one of the creators who helped define an earlier generation of Spanish-language gaming YouTube. Both entered the bout with 1-0 La Velada records. Plex used his height and reach to control the distance, forced two standing counts in the final round and won unanimously. It was his second La Velada victory in two appearances.
