VeladaNissaxter

VeladaNissaxter was a Twitch global emote for Spanish streamer Nissaxter at La Velada del Año IV. Nissaxter had streamed since 2017 and became especially associated with League of Legends, where her highly expressive reactions to difficult matches became part of the entertainment. She also spent time as a content creator around the Spanish esports scene, making her La Velada appearance a jump from competitive-gaming culture into a completely different kind of competition.

Nissaxter teamed with fellow League of Legends creator Zeling against Alana Flores and Ama Blitz in La Velada's first 2v2 fight. Instead of one fixed opponent, the format rotated the women through rounds as a team contest. Nissaxter and Zeling lost to the Mexican pair, but the unusual format made their fight one of the fourth edition's clearest experiments with the usual one-on-one boxing setup.
