UnSane

UnSane is one of Twitch's older reaction commands, already listed among global emotes in November 2013. The word "unsane" means lacking in sanity, so the name gives the photographed reaction face a direct "this is crazy" reading.

The command itself has been part of Twitch chat for more than a decade, although the current portrait should not be treated as proof of what UnSane looked like throughout that entire history.

Viewers type UnSane in Twitch chat to use it. It fits absurd decisions, chaotic situations, ridiculous claims, or moments that make chat react as if something has gone beyond sane.
