ThunBeast

ThunBeast is one of Twitch's old face globals. The command appears in global-emote lists from the early 2010s, and this version of ThunBeast was already present by 2015. The photographed man and the original reason for the command remain unknown.

The emote later picked up a specific Taiwanese Hearthstone meaning. A 2018 community emote guide paired ThunBeast with "我好歹也..", a phrase associated with streamer SweetCamper, known as 龜狗. The joke came from a Hearthstone competition-group argument where SweetCamper tried to ease the tension by pointing out that he at least had R6. That community shorthand gave the old Twitch face a second meaning without making SweetCamper the person in the photograph.

Viewers type ThunBeast in Twitch chat to use it. It works as an old-school Twitch face reaction and, in Taiwanese Hearthstone culture, as a SweetCamper or 龜狗 callback, especially the "好歹我也..." running joke.
