SpiritEel

SpiritEel came from Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. Twitch introduced the emote for viewers exploring the Land of Shadow, and Bandai Namco later referred to the original as a temporary Spirit Eel emote used during the expansion's launch.

The command uses the creature's in-game name, so the chat command and the creature shown are the same reference. When Bandai Namco later released Spirit Eel artwork for wider use, it explicitly pointed back to the Twitch launch emote, preserving the link between the small spectral creature, Shadow of the Erdtree and its temporary place in Twitch chat.

When this emote was active, viewers typed SpiritEel in Twitch chat to use it. Viewers used it during Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree streams, while exploring the Land of Shadow, when Spirit Eels appeared, and for eerie or strange discoveries that matched the spectral creature.
