ShareTheHug came from Twitch’s 2025 “Share the Love” Valentine’s event, the same limited-time set as LoveSmash, ShareTheLO, and ShareTheVE. Twitch framed the event around love, friendship, community clips, and a limited Share the Love chat badge.
