RyuChamp

RyuChamp showed Ryu from Street Fighter with an exaggerated, open-mouthed hype expression. Ryu has been one of the series' central fighters since the original 1987 arcade game, where he and Ken were the two playable characters. His Hadoken fireball, Shoryuken uppercut and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku spinning kick became some of Street Fighter's signature moves, while his story repeatedly sends him around the world in search of stronger opponents and greater mastery of martial arts.

Twitch released RyuChamp together with FamilyMan, a Guile-themed global emote, for Capcom's Street Fighter V Summer Update in 2021.

When this emote was active, viewers typed RyuChamp in Twitch chat to use it. Viewers used RyuChamp during Street Fighter streams for Ryu matches, strong combos, comebacks, tournament wins and other fighting-game celebrations.
