RedNoseDay26 was a Twitch global emote for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day 2026. Red Nose Day began in 1988 as a British fundraising event using comedy and entertainment to raise money against poverty, with the red nose becoming its identifying symbol. For 2026, British artist Mr Doodle created five Red Nose designs, while Comic Relief also sold blank "Design-Yer Nose" versions that people could decorate themselves.

Twitch joined the 2026 campaign on March 5 with Mr Doodle's first Twitch stream, a 90-minute show combining live art, comedy challenges and fundraising with UK creators. Hundreds of other streamers could take part using a Creator Toolkit with donation trackers, AR filters and custom emotes. Comic Relief reported that Red Nose Day 2026 ultimately raised £30,004,040.
