PopNemo

PopNemo is an animated emote of Nemo, the royal corgi from Recreate Games' Party Animals. Nemo is more than a mascot invented for the game: Recreate Games studio head PM has said the character is based on his own real-life corgi, and the developers spent four to five months refining Nemo as the game's first character.

Party Animals launched for PC and Xbox on September 20, 2023 as a physics-based multiplayer brawler built around fuzzy animals fighting, grabbing and throwing each other through chaotic game modes. The launch also had a Twitch Drops campaign that rewarded viewers for watching participating streams.

Twitch added PopNemo on September 22, two days after the game launched. In the animation, Nemo's mouth snaps from closed to a huge open yell, making "Pop" describe the sudden change in his expression while "Nemo" names the corgi.

Type PopNemo in Twitch chat to use this emote. Viewers use PopNemo for Party Animals streams, Nemo appearances, chaotic physics fights, sudden yells and surprised reactions that match the corgi's popping expression.
