PewPewPew is an animated global of Michael "shroud" Grzesiek making finger guns while blue energy blasts shoot from his fingertips. Artist RoyceRemix animated the emote, and Twitch added it on December 20, 2024.

The command writes out the repeated "pew" sound associated with toy guns, lasers and science-fiction blasters. That sound fits shroud particularly well because his career was built around shooters. Before becoming one of Twitch's best-known full-time streamers, he competed professionally in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and played for Cloud9 from 2014 to 2017.

The animation turns that shooter reputation into a visual joke without showing a real weapon. Shroud points his hands like guns, the blue blasts provide the "pew," and the command repeats the sound three times.
