OnlyYou was created for Smokey Bear's 80th birthday on Twitch. The command comes from Smokey's wildfire-prevention message, "Only You Can Prevent Wildfires," the central call to personal responsibility behind the long-running U.S. Forest Service, National Association of State Foresters and Ad Council campaign.

The Twitch birthday activation mixed games, wildfire-safety tips and a live question-and-answer segment with a U.S. Forest Service forester. It also included a custom global OnlyYou emote, turning the campaign's signature phrase into the wording viewers could type directly into chat during the birthday celebration.

When this emote was active, viewers typed OnlyYou in Twitch chat to use it. Viewers used it during Smokey Bear's birthday stream, for wildfire-prevention reminders, camping and outdoor-safety discussions, Smokey Bear references, and moments where the phrase “only you” fit the responsibility or joke being made in chat.
