mcaT

mcaT is Monstercat's black feline mascot and logo reduced to emote size. Monstercat introduced the character in 2011, and its glowing grin and oversized headphones became the label's identity across release art, announcements, event posters, and merchandise.

The mascot also belongs naturally to Twitch history. As Twitch expanded into music, Monstercat became one of its early major partners, with a 24/7 Monstercat FM channel carrying the label's music around the clock. Twitch's January 2015 Music Library announcement highlighted Monstercat and the always-on channel as part of its broader push to make music safer and more central for streamers.
