KappaReplacer

KappaReplacer was a Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 promo emote built around Twitch's Kappa and Call of Duty's Replacer ads. Kappa is Twitch's long-running sarcasm face. The Replacer is the Black Ops character, played by Peter Stormare, who takes over people's real-life responsibilities so they can stay home and play.

The joke was that even Kappa could be replaced. KappaReplacer turned Twitch's default sarcasm command into a Black Ops 7 crossover.
