JonCarnage

JonCarnage shows Jon Carnage, the broadcasting name of Jonathan Joyce. He was the central host of Destructoid's Mash Tactics, which ran as the site's flagship live show for more than a year, usually for at least three hours a day, five days a week. By Carnage's January 2012 farewell, Mash Tactics had accumulated 55 million views.

Carnage then moved from the Destructoid live channel into Twitch itself as Network Content Director. The emote therefore preserves a face from both sides of Twitch's early growth: a host who helped build a major game-media livestream and a staff member who later worked on the platform's content operation.
