ItsBoshyTime

ItsBoshyTime shows Boshy, the small yellow warning-sign hero of the notoriously difficult platformer I Wanna Be The Boshy. Developer Jesper "Solgryn" Erlandsen began the game in 2010 and named it after Justin.tv broadcaster BoshyTime, who had helped draw him into the Justin.tv community.

That makes the Twitch command a layered callback. It names the game's hero, echoes "It's Boshy time," and reaches back to the Justin.tv broadcaster who helped give the game its title. By July 2014, ItsBoshyTime was already appearing repeatedly in Kripp chat copypasta, showing that the Boshy reference had spread well beyond dedicated runs of the game.
