IronmouseLuv was introduced during Twitch’s 2025 VTuber Week as a global tribute to Ironmouse and her charity work. It used her horned, pink-haired VTuber character surrounded by hearts, turning the Luv in the code into a direct expression of affection for one of Twitch’s best-known VTubers.

The emote arrived as Twitch highlighted Ironmouse during its Together for Good charity campaign. Fundraising had already become a major part of her streaming history, particularly her support for the Immune Deficiency Foundation through charity streams and major subathons.
