HolidayCookie is the cookie member of Twitch's older Holiday global family, showing a round decorated cookie with a face and red-and-green seasonal details. The command is literal, giving chat a compact Christmas-season food reaction without depending on a creator face or outside meme.

The family once also included HolidayOrnament alongside HolidayCookie, HolidayLog, HolidayPresent, HolidaySanta, and HolidayTree. HolidayOrnament later left the global set, while the other five remain, giving the surviving Holiday commands a small piece of Twitch lifecycle history.
