FUNgineer

FUNgineer became a recurring Fnatic joke because League of Legends viewers thought its bald, bearded face resembled coach Luis `Deilor` Sevilla. Tournament camera shots of Deilor prompted FUNgineer spam even though he is not established as the man in the emote.

Deilor personally acknowledged the joke in a 2015 AMA. Asked whether he knew what happened in Twitch chat whenever he appeared on camera, with FUNgineer written in the question, he replied that he had been told about it and loved it.

Viewers type FUNgineer for Deilor and Fnatic callbacks or when another bald, bearded person on stream resembles the emote. The joke is resemblance, not identity.
