FamilyMan showed Guile from Street Fighter. Twitch released it with RyuChamp on August 3, 2021 for the Street Fighter V Summer Update, with FamilyMan representing Guile and RyuChamp representing Ryu.

The command was a joke with roots in Guile's actual character history. Capcom describes him as a U.S. Air Force fighter with a wife and daughter, then jokes in its own character guide that he should stay home and be a "family man." That domestic side sits next to the Guile most players know: the soldier who fights Shadaloo, carries a personal grudge over what happened to his best friend Charlie Nash, and attacks with Sonic Boom and Flash Kick. FamilyMan turned an unusually specific piece of official Guile lore into the name of a Twitch emote.

When this emote was active, viewers typed FamilyMan in Twitch chat to use it. Viewers used FamilyMan during Street Fighter streams for Guile references, Sonic Boom and Flash Kick moments, or jokes about the severe military fighter also being a husband and father.
