DBstyle

DBstyle is one of Twitch's early face globals, built around an oversized dark visor and an open-mouthed reaction. The command was already in Twitch's global set by January 2012, and its exact styling mattered enough that a 2013 Twitch chat parser corrected the mistaken spelling DBStyle back to DBstyle.

Twitch Plays Pokémon later gave the face a much more specific role. In the 2017 Chatty Yellow run, Professor Oak used the DBstyle face, while the command itself mapped to Submission.

Viewers type DBstyle in Twitch chat for Twitch Plays Pokémon callbacks to Professor Oak or Submission, and for old-Twitch references to the long-running face global.
