BuddhaBar

BuddhaBar is one of Twitch's older face globals, showing a smiling man in dark glasses. Its early chat history is easier to recover than the identity behind the photograph. By March 2016 BuddhaBar appeared in a Reynad "emotes cloud" copypasta, and that June it was part of a large Forsen "emote circle" assembled from Twitch globals.

The command later became a joke of its own in Forsen's community. A 2022 thread devoted to the global drew repeated `BuddhaBar BAAAAAAAR` replies and stretched-out `Buddhaaaaa` and `Baaaaaar` chants. The original subject and the reason Twitch chose the name BuddhaBar remain unknown, so those gaps are not replaced with an invented staff biography.

Viewers type BuddhaBar in Twitch chat as an old-Twitch or Forsen-community callback, especially for the drawn-out `BuddhaBar, BAAAAAAAR` chant. The smiling sunglasses face can also work as a deliberately old-school reaction when classic Twitch globals are the joke.
