Twitch Global Emote
BossCleared
RemovedThe Origin Story
BossCleared showed a dark mechanical head with red illuminated details. In the animated version, the machine broke apart into bright orange fragments until the figure disappeared, giving the image the same visual payoff as a defeated boss vanishing at the end of a fight. Twitch added the emote on August 1, 2025 and removed it on August 29.
The command uses familiar game language without naming a particular character. “Boss cleared” describes the moment a difficult boss encounter has finally been completed, and the destruction animation makes that meaning visible without tying the machine to a specific game or franchise.
How to Use It
When this emote was active, viewers typed BossCleared in Twitch chat to use it. Viewers used it after a difficult boss fight ended, when a raid or encounter finally went down, after a streamer cleared a challenge that had taken repeated attempts, or to celebrate getting past a major obstacle in a game.
