BloodTrail

BloodTrail is Meat Boy from Super Meat Boy, shown battered but grinning and giving a thumbs-up. The command comes from one of the game's signature visual systems: Meat Boy leaves red smears across the surfaces he touches, and those marks remain visible through repeated attempts at a level.

Super Meat Boy is built around rapid failure and immediate retries. After a level is cleared, its replay can show the successful run alongside the failed attempts that came before it. An older Twitch-chat guide also records a cross-game joke: BloodTrail was sometimes posted when Dota 2's Bloodseeker was picked, using the command's blood theme as a character-name pun.

Viewers type BloodTrail in Twitch chat after brutal boss attempts, repeated deaths, punishing platforming, or a victory that leaves the player metaphorically battered. It also works for Super Meat Boy references, and older Dota 2 chat sometimes used it when Bloodseeker appeared.
