BCWarrior shows Twitch streamer Ezekiel_III, better known as Zeke, wearing a bright pink wig and dark sunglasses. An August 2013 discussion of his Twitch stream was already referring to his earlier appearances as "BC Warrior," while later community history identifies the persona with a breast-cancer charity stream. The `BC` in the command refers to breast cancer, and the pink wig fits the awareness theme behind the fundraiser.

The charity-stream image later acquired a completely different meaning through viewer behavior, unrelated to the fundraiser that produced it.

During Summer Games Done Quick 2016, viewers harassed speedrunner Emily Brooks with transphobic comments. When moderators switched the chat to emote-only mode, viewers continued the harassment by repeatedly posting BCWarrior. That misuse turned a breast-cancer charity image into a transphobic reaction. It did not establish that Zeke endorsed the harassment or that the emote had been created for anything related to gender.
