AnotherRecord

AnotherRecord commemorated Ibai Llanos breaking his own single-channel Twitch viewership record during La Velada del Año IV at Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu on July 13, 2024. Ibai's stream peaked at 3,846,256 concurrent viewers, surpassing the 3,442,725 record he had set at La Velada III.

The emote turns the achievement back into the boxing event that produced it: a black glove burns with green flames. Twitch also released 12 fighter-specific Globals around La Velada IV, while AnotherRecord served as the event's record reaction. The same event pushed Twitch's platform-wide concurrent viewership to about 6.74 million, but that is a different metric from Ibai's single-channel record.

Viewers type AnotherRecord when a record is broken, especially as a callback to Ibai and the La Velada broadcasts that repeatedly reset Twitch's single-channel viewership mark.
