4Head shows League of Legends streamer Cadburry grinning broadly at the camera. The command is a numeric play on "forehead," a joke that grew around Cadburry's prominent forehead, while the wide grin made the face work equally well as real laughter or exaggerated fake approval.

By the middle of the 2010s, 4Head had become especially tied to cheesy jokes, bad puns and absurdly obvious advice. A line such as "just don't die" could be followed with 4Head to make the simplicity of the advice the joke.
